About the Role:
Coordinate calling and evaluation of all tenders; including putting up tender award recommendation papers to the Town Council for approval.
Liaise with Property teams, review tender specifications to ensure they are in line with the latest regulations as well as to meet the site's operational needs.
Prepare tender documents and tender opening processes to comply with Town Councils' Act and Financial Rules.
Plan and monitor projects according to the recommended guidelines and ensure compliance of the statutory timelines.
Maintain a list of contracts under the Town Council and ensure that all tenders are called in time
About You:
Degree in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related professional qualification, with internship experience; or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong coordination, project monitoring, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
