Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the data centre infrastructure to ensure reliability, safety, and uptime of all critical systems.

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance works for M&E systems such as UPS, CRAC, generators, DRUPs, and BMS.

• Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS), power monitoring systems, and other facility-related software to ensure optimal system performance.

• Ensure proper organisation of critical facility areas, including equipment rooms and control centres.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance and project works. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and data centre operational standards.

• Assist in the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work (PTW) documentation. Ensure compliance with all site safety protocols.

• Support incident reporting and root cause analysis investigations. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and system logs.

• Oversee the daily operations of the data centre facility, including inspections, site walks, vendor coordination, and resolving operational issues promptly.

• Any other duties assigned to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the data centre.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognised tertiary establishment in Facility Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, with at least 1 year in a Data Centre Management.

• Class 3 driving license will have added advantage.

• Experience in Data Centre Facility Management (DCFM) and CDFOS will be preferred.

• FSM /other FM and Safety related certificates will have added advantage.

• Good interpersonal soft skills and verbal & written communication.

• Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts.

• Can start work in immediately will be an advantage.
