Job Description
This is a 6 months Temp contract
Performance Management
· Ensure that the accrued revenue and cost is being submitted to upload into TMS / LFS weekly
· For AR – Follow up on debit notes to ensure that customer have approved and issue red invoice
· For AP – Ensure that the subcontractors debit notes are reports are being approved by Operations, preparing payment request, verifying that the red invoice amount is the same as the debit note
· Prepare and check the monthly financial report before it is submitted to Finance department
Skills required
· Ability to multi task and take initiative
· Strong skills in Word and Excel
· Accuracy, proactive, teamwork
· Hardworking, willing to work overtime and under time pressure
· Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English); fluency in other Asian languages a plus
· Team player with a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly
· Keen eye for process improvement
· Understanding of financial process and P&L management
Experience & Qualifications
· Fresh ITE / diploma graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply
