Marketing & Event Executive (2 Months, up to $4500) - #1106876

Salary: SGD 3500 – 4500
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
Contract duration: September – Oct (2 months, extendable subject operation needs)

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, banners).

• Support development and localization of sales tools, product sheets, and digital assets.

• Manage marketing inventory and ensure timely distribution to sales teams and events.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events such as conferences, workshops, and webinars.

• Handle logistics including venue booking, registration, catering, and post-event follow-up.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.

• Update CRM or databases for campaign targeting and lead nurturing.

• Assist in maintaining marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and payment processing.

• Prepare and consolidate reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Maintain an organized database of marketing assets and records.

• Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with internal regulatory policies and external medical device regulations.

• Coordinate with legal/regulatory teams for timely approvals before publication or distribution.
