Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to stakeholders for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring completion within the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

• Review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to fully understand the project scope and deliverables.

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with project requirements.

• Lead coordination and technical discussions, including M&E and architectural works, and attend meetings with clients and consultants.

• Develop and manage the construction schedule in line with the master program and project costing considerations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient site operations.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and monitor project progress against milestones.

• Oversee resource planning, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of site works.

• Chair coordination meetings with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to align on execution plans.

• Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant worksite environment, with a strong focus on accident prevention and health & safety adherence.

• Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements on site. Undertake ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects, with proven leadership in site management.
