About the role

Join the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Pet Care Consultant. This full-time position in the East Region SG will see you providing expert advice and support to pet owners, ensuring the health and wellbeing of their beloved animal companions. As a key member of our Veterinary Services & Animal Welfare team, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to transform the lives of pets and their owners.

What you'll be doing

  • Offering high-quality veterinary advice and guidance to customers, both in-person and via telephone and digital channels
  • Assisting with the administration and coordination of pet treatments, vaccinations, and other essential care services
  • Educating customers on proper pet nutrition, grooming, and general wellness practices
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure the smooth running of the practice
  • Collaborating with the wider veterinary team to identify and implement improvements to our service offering
  • Representing the company's values and commitment to animal welfare in all interactions with customers

    • What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the pet care or veterinary industry
  • Strong knowledge of pet health, nutrition, and general care requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver advice in a clear and empathetic manner
  • A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the highest standard of pet care
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and digital tools to maintain accurate records and schedule appointments
