Job responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions, including management accounts, cash flow, GST, fixed assets, and audit coordination.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for audits, tax filings, board resolutions, and statutory submissions.

• Handle monthly payroll, CPF submissions, income tax forms, employee records, and staff onboarding/offboarding processes.

• Provide support in accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, and invoicing when necessary.

• Manage MOM matters such as work pass applications

• Manage company and employee insurance policies; review and renew accounting/payroll software licenses.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience working with auditors, tax agents, and government agencies (e.g., MOM, IRAS, BCA, Enterprise Singapore, GeBIZ)
