We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused individual to join our team in a Client Servicing and Account Management role. This is a client-facing position (not an accounting role) focused on building and maintaining strong business relationships with our key partners — specifically car dealers. You will play a critical role in nurturing these partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving business growth through excellent service and support.

Job Objective:
You will be playing a Client Servicing, Account Management role whose duties include both building strong business relationships with clients (car dealers) and helping with the backend processing of their transactions.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing account management and client engagement
Perform brief KYC checks on newly onboarded dealers
Foster strong relationships with dealers/referrers to promote business transactions
Cross-sell products and services from Dickson Group
Educate and assist dealers with workflow for submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
Build relationship with bankers and work closely with them so as to keep abreast of latest guidelines
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills to meet reporting deadlines
Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
Flexible, friendly, helpful nature and a team player
At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role (automotive industry experience is an added advantage!)
