Full-Time Sales Assistant - #1106815

Island-wide locations
Rotating shifts ; No fix morning shifts (overtime as needed):

• Morning shift: 8:30am-5:30pm / 9:00am-6:00pm

• Closing shift: 11:00am-10:00pm / 12:00pm-10:00pm (latest 10:30pm)

6 days work week
Gross salary up to $3,200 per month (Basic + Allowances + OT pay)

Job Responsibilities:
● Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness of the display areas and counter.
● Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs.
● Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system, handling cash and card payments.
● Assisting customers in placing orders and collection of cakes.
● Arrange and display bakery products attractively and maintain a clean and appealing store front.
● Receiving and unpacking of bakery stocks.
● Assist with the toppings of the baked goods (e.g., coating / decorations).
● Operate bread slicer machine and ensure the breads are sliced according to customers' preferences / company's requirements.
● Wash and sanitize trays, tongs and other utensils regularly.
● Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
● Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements:
● SINGAPOREANS ONLY
● Previous experience in Retail / F&B role will is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Physically fit - able to stand for long hours and lifting (approx. 15kg) as needed.
● Thrives in a fast-paced environment - works efficiently under pressure while collaborating with others.
● Must adhere to the shift schedule - willing to work rotating shifts, weekends & PH.
