Job Description

• Supervise and lead landscape teams in the execution of hardscape and softscape installations (e.g., planting, turf, irrigation, paving, retaining walls, etc.).

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to interpret landscape plans and specifications.

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and any deviations from plans.

• Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for landscaping activities.

• Provide guidance, training, and motivation to site workers.

• Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain site documentation.

Job Requirements

• Holds a valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving licence with a clean driving record

• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills

• Ability to train, direct, and motivate ground crews

• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, technical drawings, and site layouts.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
