Responsibilities
Carrying out all purchasing jobs in accordance project site's requirements.
Prepare and issues purchases orders.
Update tracking, delivery dates, and follow-up to resolve any purchasing discrepancies.
Sourcing and price negotiation.
Manage the project site’s material, assets and equipment & machinery rental at sites and ensure within budget.
Matching all DO with Invoices and key GRN (Goods Received Note) data into company system
Prepare Monthly Summary list & payment certificates to audit department.
Perform cost analysis and generate reports.
To organize and maintain a proper filing system.
Performing any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing Department
Experience in construction industry, purchasing in construction materials, machinery, lifting equipment would be an added advantage
Mandarin is essential to due to need to look at chinese documents and speak mandarin to chinese speaking site supervisors
.Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
