Job Details:

• Comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time position 

• Monday to Friday, 10 am-6.30 pm

• Attractive commission scheme in place up to 30%

• Annual leave starting at 14 days, max capped at 21 days 

• Variable bonus 

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete 360-degree recruitment process, involving cold calling to acquire leads and clients.

• Advertise job postings on various portals.

• Review resumes and applications submitted by candidates.

• Schedule and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting tools and methods.

• Evaluate applicants based on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and attitudes.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a sales-driven mindset and be self-disciplined.

• Holding a CEI license would be an added advantage.
