QAQC Engineer (Construction / CSWIP) - #1106359

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily inspection routines for welding, bolting, painting, and assembly both in the workshop and on-site
• Draft inspection checklists, repair instructions, and quality control procedures as per project needs
• Prepare and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation throughout project life cycles
• Conduct fit-up, material verification, visual checks, and bolt-tightening inspections during key construction stages
• Prepare welding specifications, perform WPS qualification, and conduct welder testing
• Review and witness NDT procedures such as ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and third-party inspectors to ensure inspections are timely and accurate
• Attend regular meetings with clients and contribute updates on inspection progress

Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles related to welding or structural fabrication
• Certified CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or AWS CWI / SCWI
• Suitable candidate must be open for 5.5 Alternate Saturdays Working.
