IT Support Executive - #1106277

Our client, a MNC F&B chain seeks to hire a IT Support Executive to be based in CBD Singapore.

Responsibilities

•Standard Procedure Execution: Perform data and process configurations in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• IT Support Services: Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting various IT issues including email systems, user account management, printer/scanner operations, mobile device support, application installations, and related IT support tasks.
• System Maintenance: Implement routine preventive maintenance measures and manage software deployments across corporate devices.
• User Training & Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
• Enterprise Software Analysis: Research and evaluate enterprise software ecosystems across Southeast Asian (SEA) markets.

 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Specialisation preferred

• Hands-on configuration experience with:

• ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics)

• HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM)

• SCM (e.g., Kinaxis, Logility)

• 3+ yrs IT supporting in retail/FMCG enterprises

• Business travel exposure across Southeast Asian (SEA) markets preferred

• Prior ownership of enterprise system implementations in SEA regions is a strong advantage

• Willing to work 5 and a half day week

• Proven international procurement expertise across key regions including but not limited to: ■ Southeast Asia ■ Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea) ■ Central Asia ■ The Americas

• Proficient in English and Chinese

• High professional integrity, strong commercial negotiation skills

• Cross-cultural collaboration skills
