Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and requests via phone and email.
Accurately update and maintain customer interaction records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers, delivering on promised resolutions.
Escalate issues or concerns to management for resolution when necessary.
Prepare customer-related documents accurately, such as policy summaries, premium paid statements, and beneficiary information.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill service requests efficiently and within service standards.
Participate in assigned projects or additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma holder
Candidates without experience welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English; additional proficiency in a Mother Tongue is advantageous to support non-English-speaking customers.
Cheerful and pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of integrity and accountability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
