Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and requests via phone and email.

  • Accurately update and maintain customer interaction records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers, delivering on promised resolutions.

  • Escalate issues or concerns to management for resolution when necessary.

  • Prepare customer-related documents accurately, such as policy summaries, premium paid statements, and beneficiary information.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill service requests efficiently and within service standards.

  • Participate in assigned projects or additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma holder

  • Candidates without experience welcome to apply

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional proficiency in a Mother Tongue is advantageous to support non-English-speaking customers.

  • Cheerful and pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset.

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • High level of integrity and accountability.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Singaporeans only
