Aircraft Planner (Shiftwork,Changi) - #1104261

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend daily operations assignment

• Monitoring of Aircraft changes and amendment of assignment as required

• Tracking of long transit & layover Aircraft Part A completion / Aircraft Log Entry

• Updating of Aircraft handover task list

• Receiving all Technical calls and Record chronology of call backs

• Monitor Call backs system and Call Back Chat

• Monitoring of call backs/Ad Hoc Task and inform Assistant Foreman for assignment

• Updating to Duty Engineer & Assistant Foreman on the status of call backs. and FPST assistance

• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent

• Entry level Engineering Diploma are welcome to apply 

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
