Responsibilities:

•  Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers and warehouse assistants to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Transportation Management: Plan and schedule daily transportation routes to ensure on-time delivery and pick-up.

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and warehouse management to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations, including vehicle maintenance and driver compliance.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs; prepare regular reports for management.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to coordinate logistics requirements and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Requirements: 

• Must possess a Class 4 or Class 5 driving license

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations

• Strong team management skills with experience leading frontline logistics teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and with external vendors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics or warehouse management systems (WMS).
