About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and reputable M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) engineering contractor in Singapore, known for delivering high-quality building services in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and driven Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee mechanical engineering works in building construction projects

• Coordinate and supervise site installations of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems

• Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and method statements as required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E contracting, preferably in the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in building projects (e.g., ACMV, plumbing, fire protection)

• Familiar with local building codes, standards, and authority submission requirements

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment
