Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to plans and schedule.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

• Monitor quality of workmanship and conduct site inspections.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.

• Track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–5 years of relevant site or project experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction or mechanical systems.

• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.
