Summary

• Salary range: $3000-$3300

• 6 days, 8am-5:30pm

• Industry: Egg & Rice distributor based in Singapore

• Location: Woodlands Link (6 bus stops from Admiralty Mrt)

• Yearly Performance Bonus is given 

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with placing and modifying grocery orders via phone, email, or chat.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.

• Provide accurate information on order status, delivery times, and returns.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers.

• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and store policies.

• Creation of invoice for orders that comes in.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in customer service, preferably in retail or grocery sectors will have added advantage.

• Able to communicate or liaise with mandarin speaking customers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
