Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement activities in line with company policies and objectives.

• Collaborate with departments to define and validate product/service requirements.

• Identify, assess, and engage vendors for cost-effective sourcing.

• Evaluate proposals and participate in vendor negotiations.

• Coordinate contract reviews and submit for management approval.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance governance.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with procurement experience, preferably in the construction sector.

• Strong in supplier management, contracts, and audits.

• Effective communicator across all levels, including senior management.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with high integrity and ethics.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and KPIs.
