As a Social Work Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Evaluate and process financial assistance applications. 

• Assist patients in applying for national financial aid programs. 

• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families. 

• Gather and organize relevant information for case assessments. 

• Conduct home visits as required. 

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives when needed. 

• Perform other team-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
