Summary:

• Basic up to $5,000 + VB

• Industry: M&E [Main con]

• Contract Vet[Construction Law]

• North / Central region

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimation, tender pricing, and bills of quantities for M&E/main contractor projects

• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, VO (Variation Orders), and progress claims

• Track project budget, monitor costs, and prepare monthly cost reports

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers for pricing and procurement matters

• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms

• Support project team in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of relevant QS experience in M&E or main contractor environment

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
