About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at SENTRON ENGINEERING (S) PTE LTD' in the North-East Region. This full-time role will involve providing vital support in the surveying and cost management of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

QS in taking tender BQ (ACMV)
Coordinate with vendor and sub-contractor
Request quotation from supplier
Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.
Online tender submission.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
At least 2 to 4 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage
Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills
