Our client is a leading government-linked organisation in Singapore. Operating within an ecosystem of public and government-linked organsiations they are responsible for ensuring the nation’s infrastructure development projects are efficiently executed on time and within budget. In line with continued growth aspiration they are currently recruiting for a C&B Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operations & Project Management: Manage annual C&B / performance cycles. Lead and implement C&B-related projects such as salary benchmarking, annual compensation review cycles, benefits harmonisation, and system enhancements.

• People Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the C&B team, fostering professional development and a performance-driven culture.

• Policy & Governance: Develop, review and implement compensation, benefits, and reward policies aligned with business needs and regulatory standards. Ensure governance and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Process Improvement: Partner with HRBPs and COEs to continuously review and enhance processes, policies, and systems to drive operational excellence and improve employee experience.

Key Requirements

• Recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business / Social Science.

• Comes with more than 8 years of work experience in C&B Management and Human Resource Management.

• Hands-on experience managing Total Rewards operations and strategic projects (compensation & benefits benchmarking, design, implementation).

• Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
