Due to expansion, our client is a well known MNC, looking for:

• 3 Customers Service Officers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Explain courses to potential sudents and parents

• Promote the enrichment centre programmes to potential and existing customers. 

• Build relationships with customers 

• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly 

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma qualifications

• Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centres settings. 

OTHER INFORMATION

• 5 weekdays including a weekend either Sat or Sunday

• CSO will work the following hours: Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break) 

• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one Hour's meal break)
