RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity products and solutions, including network security, endpoint security, data security, cloud security, and network performance solutions and more.
Conduct in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises for customers and partners.
Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with channel partners to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Respond to RFI/RFPs with accurate and compelling technical content.
Support sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers/partners on assigned cybersecurity products / or network performance solutions.
Assist in onboarding new partners with solution knowledge and tools.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product portfolio and competitive landscape.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Partner with vendors and technology partners to stay updated on product developments and certifications.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP, etc.) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN, etc.).
Familiarity with solution design, architecture frameworks, and integration best practices.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
DESIRABLES
Certifications in advanced cybersecurity or networking (ie. CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, CCIE) is a plus.
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
Experience working in the cybersecurity or managed services industry.
