About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Associate Executive (Claims) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling transit and non-transit claims, managing refund-related enquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing within service level agreements (SLA).

What you'll be doing

• Investigate and process transit claims across all card types, ensuring resolution within defined SLA.

• Handle customer enquiries related to refunds with professionalism and empathy.

• Notify customers of any invalid claims or discrepancies in claim amounts prior to the collection date.

• Investigate and resolve refund disputes or disagreements raised by customers.

• Collect and verify relevant information from customers to support thorough investigations.

• Generate and review usage reports for analysis and case resolution.

• Process non-transit claims, including under revaluation cases and card-related issues.

• File Deferred Refund via system for corrupted concession cards.
