Responsibilities:

•  Support and implement operational improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.

• Analyze operational data, identify trends and inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.

• Coordinate and monitor Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen activities on the ground.

• Conduct time and motion studies and suggest layout/process enhancements.

• Work with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to standardize procedures and best practices.

• Track and report on operational KPIs; provide actionable insights.

• Support change management efforts and training sessions related to process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements: 

• Relevant studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or process improvement preferred

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
