Quality Engineer - #1102142

Quality engineer will have a strong background in quality assurance and control within the robotics industry, with a focus on assembly processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout all products’ lifecycles.

• Salary up to $8000

• Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm

• Location: Tampines (Nearby IKEA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for robot assembly.

• Establish quality management system and programs, conduct regular inspections and audits of assembly processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, production, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address defects and non-conformities.

• Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics and report findings to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the robotics or manufacturing industry

• Certification in quality engineering (CQE) or a related certification is a plus

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.

• Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), and data analysis tools.
