Location: Tanjong Pagar / Telok Ayer MRT

Working Days/Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm (With Events)/9am to 6pm (Normal Days)

Payout: Basic + Monthly Performance Incentive + Completion Bonus

Attire: Corporate smart casual with covered shoes

Job Description

Client Engagement:

• Develop and implement engaging client experience strategies.

• Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.

• Use data analytics for effective space management and planning.

• Launch support initiatives such as FAQs and feedback platforms.

• Establish a network of ambassadors to deliver warm, timely, and authentic services.

Event Management:

• Create and manage a yearly event calendar and execution plan.

• Organize end-to-end event logistics (e.g., decor, catering, entertainment, invitations).

• Standardize event processes with clear SOPs and continuous improvements.

• Collect feedback, prepare reports, and analyze post-event data.

• Coordinate with clients, teams, and vendors for seamless execution.

• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network.

Internal Communications:

• Lead internal communication strategies to boost culture and engagement.

• Share event highlights via internal platforms (e.g., screens, blogs, newsletters).

• Host monthly stakeholder meetings to maintain strong relationships.

• Drive creative and modern communication methods to increase visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level

• Experience in hospitality or customer service will be advantageous

• Energetic, positive, and personable

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect well with people
