Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Vivo smartphones (hardware and software issues)
Replace components, perform software updates, and ensure repair quality
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Handle walk-in customers and respond to repair-related inquiries
Communicate repair outcomes and warranty terms clearly to customers
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Assist in resolving customer complaints related to technical issues
Keep the work area clean and follow safety protocols
Stay updated with Vivo’s latest products, repair methods, and system updates
Job Requirements:
ITE/Diploma in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in smartphone repair (Vivo experience is a plus)
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Work Schedule:
5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday half-day)
