Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive (Strategic Planning).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Involve and support Digital transformation activities in HR and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Understand data reporting and analysis requirements from business units.
Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Business Administration or Human Resource Management
Experience in HR Strategic planning and data analytics
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar software
Strong team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
IT programming skills will be an added advantage
