The Role:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of staff engagement events such as Family Day, Dinner & Dance, wellness programs, and award ceremonies.

  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of services. Support the creation of event collaterals and feedback forms, and handle procurement matters in compliance with company policies.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective employer branding strategies that align with the organization’s values, culture, and goals. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our employer brand presence in the market.

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and persuasive content for various channels, including print collaterals, articles, videos, and infographics.

  • Recruitment Marketing: Develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and materials. Assist in creating visually appealing job advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral to attract high-quality candidates. Identify and utilize relevant platforms and channels to reach and engage with the target audience.

  • Communication Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies to promote our employer brand. Contribute to the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other initiatives aimed at building relationships with prospective candidates, universities, and professional organizations.

  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize our employer branding efforts and stay ahead of market changes.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role or events management.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of employer branding trends and strategies is an added advantage.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
