About the Role:
As a Customer Service Associate in our Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and representatives. You'll handle phone and live chat inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and representative inquiries via phone and live chat

• Resolve issues effectively, aiming for first-touch resolution

• Accurately document interactions in the CRM system

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of outstanding matters

• Assist with appeal assessments and submit recommendations to management

• Support operational needs and participate in ad-hoc projects when required

• Stay current on compliance standards and help manage operational risk

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree holders preferred

• Good communication skills and a cheerful, professional attitude

• Comfortable with both voice and chat-based customer service

• Strong team player with a proactive mindset

• High level of integrity and adaptability to change
