As a Patient Service Associate (Various settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Greet and assist patients courteously to ensure a welcoming environment.

• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.

• Manage patient records.

• Process billing transactions and collect payments

• Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment options, and financial assistance programs.

• Manage insurance claims.

• Support healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures.

• Monitor and replenish clinic supplies and medications as needed.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.

• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

 Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent with 1 year of related customer experience preferred
