Responsibilities:

• Serve as a bridge between project teams and senior stakeholders

• Define and implement consistent project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.

• Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to project managers to ensure successful project delivery that meets scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives.

• Regularly review project progress, anticipate potential risks or roadblocks, and implement strategies to address them.

• Collaborate with leadership to confirm that projects are aligned with company goals and contribute to overall strategic priorities.

• Develop and continuously improve project management practices to drive operational efficiency and project success.

• Identify, assess, and manage project-related risks throughout the lifecycle.

• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all project plans, activities, and outcomes for accountability and future reference.

Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in project or program management

• Proven track record in managing infrastructure, construction, or IT projects

• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management tools

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
