Job Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and supervise facility repair works.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government authorities for facility upgrades or inspections.

• Monitor facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and security systems.

• Control facility budgets, inventory, and procurement related to building operations.

Workshop Management:

• Supervise the daily operations of the vehicle workshop, ensuring efficient servicing, repair, and maintenance of fleet vehicles.

• Lead and train workshop technicians and ensure quality standards are met.

• Schedule and allocate resources for workshop tasks and vehicle assignments.

• Maintain records of all repairs, inspections, and service histories.

• Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols within the workshop.

• Coordinate with procurement to manage spare parts and workshop tools inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility or workshop management.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and automotive workshop operations.

• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and local compliance regulations.

• Hands-on, proactive, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
