Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support to the maintenance sales team through coaching, performance evaluations, and development of training programs to enhance skills and motivation.
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior management, including market targeting, goal setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking through KPIs.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and securing new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Create and present tailored proposals that effectively communicate the value of maintenance services, working closely with the sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies, improve processes, and maintain a competitive edge in the maintenance sector.
Represent the company externally at events and manage administrative responsibilities including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and handling any ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with ACMV or HVAC systems is an added advantage
Proven track record in sales, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Adept at clearly communicating the value of maintenance contracts to address client needs
Strong in networking, rapport-building, and customer relationship management. Capable of establishing and maintaining solid relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with various parties
Skilled in analyzing complex maintenance issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Able to troubleshoot and make sound decisions under pressure
Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and expanding revenue streams
