Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling

• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics

• Help coordinate employee engagement and internal events

• Update and maintain HR records and reports

• Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to process improvements

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources or related fields

• Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations

• Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Able to multitask and meet deadlines

• Familiar with MS Office and willing to handle administrative tasks
