To report directly to General Manager in HR & Purchasing functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR functions:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Purchasing functions:
Develop and implement Purchasing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Reviews and processes purchase orders to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
Researches and evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, pricing and services
Requirements
People oriented and results driven
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of MOM guidelines, Employment Laws and HR as well as Purchasing best practices
Degree in Human Resources, supply chain management, logistics or related field with 5 years working experience as HR cum Purchasing Manager
