Qualification

1.      Minimum Diploma in Science and Engineering.

2.      Familiar in computer hardware and software architecture and implementation

3.      1-2 Years experience in the following fields (preferred)

-          Industrial PC and PC Control

-          Process Instrumentation and Automation area

-          HMI and Motion Products

-          Digital Signage solution Products

-          Rugged environment (vibration, dust & water protection) products

4.      Strong communication capability, passionate to provide service to customer, high EQ and resistive to stress.

Required knowledge

1.      PC Peripheral Devices: USB, Display, LAN, COM, SATA, Wi-Fi AP, etc.

2.      PC Components: CPU, memory, HDD, SSD, M/B, PSU, Chassis, Extension Slot etc.

3.      PC OS: include Windows, Linux etc. (RTOS preferred)

4.      PC network: RS232C, RS422/485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, (LoRaWAN preferred).

Preferred knowledge

1.      Experienced in IoT project (2 years)

2.      Motion Control device: Stepping Motor, Servo Motor, Encoder, Driver Unit

3.      Industrial Network: Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, HTTP(s), CAN, EtherCAT, etc.

4.      DAQ (Data Acquisition) : DAQ system experience (Digital I/O, Analog I/O, Serial COM), quantization、sampling、Photo coupler Isolation I/O, digitizing、Differential Input & Single End Input、Input range, binary and hexadecimal number etc.　

 Major KPI

1.      The numbers of closing cases and efficiency of problem analysis from customer’s technical issues.

2.      The numbers of new product introduction verification.

3.      The times of holding training courses.

4.      The degree of satisfaction from customers and related internal departments.
