Job Responsibilities:

Prepare tenders, bills of quantities, quotations, and cost summaries
Evaluate pricing and conduct cost comparisons
Support budgeting and cost planning for fast-track projects
Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims and variation orders
Handle payments to subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate with site for subcon and contractual issues

Requirement:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related
3 years of working experience in construction industry
