We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect Advisor to guide the evolution of our B2B lending products, ensuring they are enterprise-ready and optimized for BFSI clients. This high-impact, strategic role is ideal for a technology leader with deep expertise in B2B SaaS architecture and a strong track record of scaling secure, high-performance platforms.

As an advisor, you will collaborate closely with executive and technical teams, offering architectural insight and strategic direction to build a robust foundation for future growth. This is a remote-first engagement, with occasional in-person sessions for strategic planning and alignment.

This is expected to be on short term contract 3to 6months to provide deep technical insight and strategic guidance to shape the product’s architectural direction and scalable B2B SaaS product that is enterprise-ready for the BFSI sector. This is the main area where our clients team needs support.

Brief summary about the role:

• Primary Focus: Advising on the development of a scalable, secure, and compliant B2B SaaS product tailored for the BFSI sector.

• Collaboration Scope: Full visibility across teams, working closely with both executive leadership and engineering stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the modernization and scalability of multi-tenant SaaS platforms with a focus on performance, reliability, and compliance.

• Advise on cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern architecture patterns including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.

• Ensure robust security and authentication frameworks (SSO, OAuth, SAML) and adherence to regulatory standards (SOC 2, GDPR).

• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.

• Mentor engineering leaders and influence architectural decisions across product teams.

• Align technical strategy with business objectives, ensuring long-term scalability and adaptability.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 6 years focused on B2B SaaS platforms.

• Proven success in architecting and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.

• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, modern architecture paradigms, and security/compliance frameworks.

• Strong strategic thinking and business alignment capabilities.

• Added advantage of having an experience in Fintech or prior advisory roles within BFSI environments is a significant advantage.
