Job Description

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.

• Prepare accurate M&E quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

• Develop and validate Bill of Materials using first-principles costing.

• Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Ensure timely submission of estimates and respond to clarifications during tender period.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align scope and pricing.

• Maintain internal pricing database and historical cost records.

• Mentor junior estimators and support team-wide estimating activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3–5 years of M&E or E&I cost estimating experience.

• Strong technical knowledge with good communication and coordination skills.
