Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
● Developing growth strategies and plans
● Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
● Have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of business products, value proposition
● Craft business proposals
● Identify areas for expansion, business strengths and customer needs
● Research on business opportunities, profitable channels and streams
● Develop both short-term and long-term business strategies
● Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance
● Deliver against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met
● Work closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects
● Provide input for sales and marketing collateral – how the business positions itself for various audiences
● Maximise networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts
Key Requirements:
● Minimum 0-2 years’ experience within Business Development/New Business or Account Management role
● A recognised Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously
● Experience working in a marketing/agency/ media environment and understanding of (and passion for) the industry
● The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic
