Job Description:

• Engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, and promotion.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs and achieve brand goals.
• Understand guest profiles, including their intent and timeline to purchase.
• Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing tailored experiences.
• Demonstrate mastery of all brand products and services, including local incentives for EV owners.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling test drives.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
• Passionate dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations.
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
• Demonstrate mastery of all brand products and services, keeping up with EV industry trends and local incentives.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
