Job Description

  • Provide general office admin support

  • Full-cycle recruitment, conduct new orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new staff.

  • Administer work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

  • Handle internship recruitment.

  • Sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials.

  • In charge of purchase requisitions and processing orders.

  • Request and review quotations with suppliers, and process orders.

  • Provide admin support on daily sales operations.

  • Handle customer inquiries and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders.

  • Perform any other assigned projects and duties.

  • Able to work in a face paced environment.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

  • Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
