Job Scope:

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC and PC programs for customized automation machines.

• Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems for machine operation and monitoring

• Program and set up vision camera inspection systems for quality checks.

• Work with various testing equipment such as high potential (Hi-Pot) testers and leak testers.

• Implement electronic camming and motion control for servo motor-driven systems.

• Source and evaluate electrical and electronic (EE) components; handle costing for project requirements.

• Provide technical support to customers for PLC, electrical, and automation issues.

• Install, test, and commission automation equipment and electrical systems at sites.

• Design electrical panels, perform wiring works, and troubleshoot electrical issues on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or relevant qualification.

• With relevant 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical design and development of customized automation machines.

• Proficient in writing PLC programs (Omron, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Siemens S5/S7, Keyence, Beckhoff, etc.)

• Familiar with PC-based programming (Visual Basic, C++), applying both hardware and software for machine controls.

• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
