About the role

Wizard Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced BMS Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a BMS Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cutting-edge building management systems (BMS) solutions & Energy Management Solutions to customers in Singapore & Johor Bahru, Johor region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their unique requirements, and provide tailored solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of their facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Develop new Sales & Business strategies

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their BMS/EMS needs and requirements

• Develop and present customized BMS proposals that address client's specific challenges

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of BMS solutions

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new business opportunities

• Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction

• Stay updated with the latest BMS/EMS technologies, trends, and industry regulations

• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and growth of the company's BMS business

• Update the sales opportunities and status to the management.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of project opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS sales or a related field

• Strong technical understanding of BMS systems & EMS systems, including integration, programming, and commissioning

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored BMS solutions

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with BMS software and tools

• Willingness to travel within the Johor Bahru region to meet with clients
